Students from our Year 11 GCSE Home Economics class undertook their practical exam last week. Pupils had to complete four dishes with accompaniments and a drink to incorporate more fruit and vegetables in the diet. This aspect is worth 16% of their overall GCSE grade. Below are some of the magnificent-looking (and tasting!) meals that were offered up.
